Most packs on this site represent a single pack or pattern, occasionally borrowing from neighboring specimens, such as a palette or a jack, to fill in as needed. This pack is different, being sourced from several sixteenth century examples from Germanic patterns, as an anachronistic compilation showcasing "burlesque" art. Peter Flötner's burlesque engraved pack is present, as well as several others. A few cards, such as the kings, have been altered slightly to keep the theme.
